I actually kind of liked Sam, Interrupted. It's because of the whole co-dependency thing and the scene with Dean sitting curled in a ball withe unshed tears and his hand over his mouth while Sam gets taken down. I don't know what it says about me, but I loved that image.

Swap Meat (or Swamp Meat as I keep trying to type), though, made me cringe.
