I like his "universal soulfist" policy in theory but I can't see how he can deliver his promise without overloading the system with angels.

That would suck. Last thing USA and the world needs is that the president of the most "powerful" country of the world has gone to hell, has a deadly peen, everyone he loves dies, doesn't have friends, kidnapped his pet and is believed to be a dead serial killer.

I am now picturing a scenario in which Sam is president during the Cold War and everyone keeps pressuring him to sex up all of the leaders of the USSR.
