Clearly there's something more about Sam's storyline this season, I think we'll see what's wrong with him soon. Obviously they can't spoil the whole plot.

I think you're both idiots. There's no reveal coming, because we already know what's wrong with Sam. In BOTH "flashbacks" we've seen so far, he's been panicked and obviously lacking in cope. Good gravy. Do you need to be bashed in the head with anvils before you stop acting like Sam just shrugged his shoulders and went about his life?

i think you're an idiot too. Maybe Sam's traumatized but if that's all, his is a very dull and boring storyline this season, and his place in the show is unclear.

A) You seem to think trauma is no big deal, and I can't even with that.
B) I didn't say anything about his hiatus trauma being his only or even his main storyline this year. That would be a stupid thing to say, because we've already got several things going on for Sam: Kevin, getting the tablet, closing hell, not wanting to hunt with Dean, and that's even before we get to Amelia and Riot, and the mysterious figure.

Sam's place in the show is not the least bit unclear unless you're one of those people who thinks they're secretly writing Sam out.

The funniest part for me is that they re-typed the quote instead of c&p-ing and introduced a misspelling.

The hardest part for me is figuring out how that guy turns into the one that encourages Dean to go off and get killed hunting alone.

Maybe he doesn't think he can save Dean, and can't face watching him get killed?

This is what I've been hoping they'd reveal, but at the same time I kind of dare not hope we'd hear it because I can't imagine this version of Sam and Dean being open enough for Sam to admit it to Dean (especially since it sounds like they'll soon both be climbing on their high horses and working behind each others' backs rather than communicating like adults), and it's not like Sam has anyone else he can talk to about non-plotty stuff like that. (And even if it was written, it'd probably hit the cutting room floor for being too ~gay or for being too Sam'n'Dean or whatever reason they have for cutting all the scenes we keep hearing about.)

Of course there is. Logic, patterns, and what is actually being said are worth nothing compared to your unflagging pollyanna positivity! Clearly you are right and everything else is just so obviously wrong!

And there's Jim Michaels pimping for people to go vote for the People's Choice Awards.

FU and all the rest of the writers and producers, Michaels! Maybe if you gave Sam a fucking storyline I'd have considered voting, but now you can wait for hell to freeze over! SPN doesn't even deserve to be nominated this year.

Just wait and see.

I think that's what the CW wants us to do, but I don't believe there's something for Sam.
