I tried to find that moment for you, nonnie, and ended up discovering there's a little mermaid fandom, with fanvids and everything! Now I'm vaguely curious if there's a lot of disney fanfic out there in general.

Thanks for the link! I don't know how much fic there is, but I know it Disney Princesses used to be a Yuletide fandom (and might still be, but I stopped following Yuletide).
