Is this like how attempting to marathon the U.S. Queer as Folk (first time watcher) made me bored of naked men? Because I got so. bored.

Haven't seen the US version of QaF, so I can't really say, sorry. Possibly? Anyway, Magic Mike is just weird character angst from wooden Channing Tatum, romance without much chemistry and not too inspired dance numbers, so there's really nothing to forget the boredom.
