Haven't they cast someone else? How would a vamp come back in a different body? They aren't meatsuit switching beings.

For that matter, how is a vamp coming back in a body at all? Presumably he was actually killed, rather than sucked into purgatory like Dean. Shouldn't he be a vamp soul, with whatever kind of body thing exists for stuff like hell torture? Is Cas going to have to put him in his old body and heal it up like he did for Dean? WILL BENNY HAVE A HANDPRINT WHEN DEAN NO LONGER DOES?
