The OP anon was ranting and insulted a TV character in the process of slamming a plot point that they didn't like. The people we're talking about are insulting actual real life other people and have gone way OTT in doing so.

How exactly is saying "this plot point didn't work for me and I don't want to see it back" acting nasty? It insults no one, certainly not anyone who actually exists. It's okay to not like things, anon.

I think it's a couple of people who have been hot under the collar over this, but you're probably right that there's only one who is actually insulting others.
