No, he's not. Jensen's hand is dangling over the edge of the railing between himself and Jared, though it's closer to Jared than it is to Jensen.

If you prefer, you can imagine that it has been slowly creeping toward Jared's ass over the course of this conversation.

I looks like Jensen is clutching Jared's butt. I mean, I believe it is actually like the shadow on the railing, and I don't actually know where Jensen's hand is. But I was all, hey, butt clutching! But then I was like, no, Jensen's hand is probably not shaped that way.
