He didn't use the exact words "I knew Castiel was going to get sucked away and too bad so sad Dean went with him," but that was certainly what he was saying. Either that or Mark Sheppard played those lines completely wrong.

Unless he did some clever mime I'm not remembering, I don't see how you are getting "Cas was the intended object, Dean got sucked in" out of this:

CROWLEY
Not to worry. I have a small army of demons outside. Cut off the head, and the body will flounder, after all. Think if you'd had just one king since before the first sunrise. You'd be in a kerfuffle, too.

SAM
Which is exactly what you wanted.

CROWLEY
So did you. Without a master plan, the Levis are just another monster. Hard to stomp, sure, but you love a challenge. Your job is to keep them from organizing.

SAM
Where's Dean?

CROWLEY
That bone... has a bit of a kick. God weapons often do. They should put a warning on the box.

SAM
Where are they, Crowley?!

CROWLEY
Can't help you, Sam.

CROWLEY snaps his fingers and the two DEMONS who accosted MEG appear on either side of KEVIN.

CROWLEY
Sorry, Sam. Prophet's mine.

CROWLEY snaps his fingers and KEVIN and the DEMONS disappear.

CROWLEY
You got what you wanted – Dick's dead, saved the world. So I want one little prophet. Sorry, moose. Wish I could help. You certainly got a lot on your plate right now. It looks like you are well and truly... on your own.

Cas is mentioned nowhere except that Sam says "they" the second time.

Watch the ep. Take the conversation in context with everything else that happens leading up to it (Crowley mentioning he wants revenge on Castiel, Sam & Dean discussing that it all depends on who Crowley wants dead more. Dean's last words about Crowley always finding a way to bone you.) and then actually pay attention to how Mark & Jared are playing the scene. It's beyond obvious from the way Crowley says the line "That bone... has a bit of a kick. God weapons often do. They should put a warning on the box." he's admitting the weapon did what he expected and further, that that's what Sam's hearing.

If you want to play the "well, he meant something else," game, please share, what else he could have been saying in that scene?

Sure, Crowley wanted revenge on Cas. But he also wanted Sam and Dean out of the way.

Sam and Dean's conversation:

SAM
You think Crowley's, uh...

DEAN
Double-crossing us?

SAM
Yeah.

DEAN
You've got to figure who he wants dead more – us or Dick.

Certainly suggests that they, at least, think that Crowley was after them, not after Cas.

When Dean said Crowley would always find a way to bone you, he was talking to Dick. Again, not about Cas.

I'm not playing the "well, he meant something else" game. I'm playing, "well, he meant what he actually said" game.

Does anyone else besides the airt see the Mark secret acting signals that make it clear that Crowley was telling Sam that he set the trap for specifically for Cas? Am I going crazy here?

I'm not seeing these secret signals either. I just figured Crowley set the trap for whomever would be the one to actually bone Dick, and didn't necessarily care if it was Cas or a Winchester. Was there indication that Crowley knew from the beginning that Cas was going to be in the showdown?

Of course this could simply be a gaping plothole. Gamble was kind of known for those but I support her in her next endeavor anyway.

Looking again: yes, of course the weapon did what Crowley expected. Are we talking at cross purposes? I'm not arguing with the purgatory effect being a trap set by Crowley, just with the idea that Crowley was telling Sam that it was targeted specifically at Cas rather than at all three of them.
