My fears:

Castiel will turn out to be god.

Sam's sideburns will possess him. In fact, it will turn out that they made Sam drink demon blood.

Dean's monster is tiny in the real world and will sit on his shoulder to give him snark advice.

Sam will enter nirvana at the end of the season and Dean has to get him out, except someone else will swoop in to get him out before that.
