Five people on my flist have posted codes. Just poke around the flist of a BNF and I'm sure you'll see a post with codes. Just remember on that on DW it's /read not /friends and you'll be fine.

Sorry for adding to the confusion, but if you're EST, then UTC is EST+4, and GMT is EST+5, if Britain's gone on Daylight Savings.
