I got it, and I did the survey, too. It wasn't all that intrusive (mostly stuff about whether you just read blindfold, or write for it too, and if you claim the stuff you write there), and it didn't require providing your name or LJ handle.

I'm one of the chart-making science nonnies and I love data, so I am happy to help someone with their ACTUAL SCIENCE.

Tbh meme's science threads are more science-y than the Ogi Ogas book.

Because of certain past problems with surveys of the fanfiction community, some questions:

- How are you making sure no minors take this survey?

- What is the topic of the research dissertation project and what will its title be?

- Under whose auspices (teacher, professor, class) is this survey being conducted?

- Where and when will participants be able to see the aggregate results of the survey, if they so desire?

- How are you distinguishing anonymity and pseudonymity for this survey?

- Why did you choose to make certain of the questions binary? (e.g. -- 10. Do you claim your writing/prompt/comment? Yes No -- when many blindfold writers claim some but not all of their fills?)

- Can you put up a link at the beginning of the survey to a webpage that will provide additional information on the survey and more detailed information about its purpose and answer the above questions and other questions others may ask you?

I think there is a compliment there somewhere. ;)

Dean/Sam, h/c, bondage
Post-6.22, Sam's mental state is such that he has to be restrained a lot of the time, for his own safety and others'. Dean does his best to make this not such a bad thing for Sam.

Mmmm... I've had my eye on that one, I can't believe nobody's filled it yet!

I might try the Sam/Dean sense-bonded one, that sounds fun. Maybe I'll just stay up all night writing porn :)

Also, I saw LJ for a minute! \O/! Still can't post, though.

The slick sounds they're making finally convince him to pull away, though he can't move too far being sandwiched in between them. But it's enough to be able to twist his head and get a close up view of Jared's mouth bearing down on Misha's.

Misha is surprisingly submissive, eyelids shut and occasionally fluttering in contentment as Jared gives him what looks like a very deep kiss. They finally pull apart, slowly, and Jensen swears he can see a few clinging lines of spit strung between them for a second. Misha breathlessly leans his head against Jensen's shoulders. "Talented, isn't he?"

"Yeah." Jensen's voice is hoarse like he's been kissing for hours. Or yelling. He starts as Misha wraps an arm around his waist, palm splayed wide on his lower stomach in a way that makes the muscles there shiver and clench. Misha's other hand reaches past him to twist in Jared's shirt and then he's moving them all backwards in an awkward shuffle.

The trailer shudders a little as the weight of all three of them hits the nearby wall and Misha's 'oof' of squashed discomfort quickly morphs into warm laughter that tickles through Jensen's hair.

I like the science!nonnies' threads, and often find them quite scienc-y -- and fun!

They're fun, aren't they? \o/ I mean, sometimes I worry that meme will get bored and tired of them. But lately, we've had plenty of nonnies replying, which I take as positive sign, on the one hand, and which, on the other, actually makes the 'findings' pretty representative of meme population. :)

Cause I still can't access it. I could for a moment a while ago, but then I tried to log in and it fucked it it seems, cause since then.. nothing. I even tried erasing my cookies and stuff. :| I wanna read blindfold!

It loads about half of the time for me. And I can't comment on meme because all my proxies seem to be from countries that are still down for LJ. :(
