It's a little pricey ($45 for 1.7 oz), but I love Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation cream. My skin is super sensitive so I can't use exfoliating scrubs without breaking out, and the alpha-hydroxy in this helps keeps my pores clear.

And a drugstore alternative: Neutrogena oil-free lotion for Sensitive Skin is very lightweight and soothing, and about $15 for 4 oz.
