I find it tends to change the texture of the baked goods slightly and I can typically taste the difference. That being said, a lot of people I know have had luck using half sugar/half splenda. I've never worked with truvia.
I also think that sugar is probably better for you and that you might as well just use sugar and eat less of the baked items. I'm gonna stop before I climb all the way up on that particular soap box, however.
