It's a black girl in a blonde wig playing the part of a ditzy white girl, saying stuff that's rude and ignorant and acting like it's ok. It's obviously satire but I've seen this kind of stuff happen all the time.
I don't want to write all of it, but stuff like: "My best friend was black." "She's not like a stereotypical black person." "Why isn't there a White Entertainment Television?" "Jews were slaves too." "Is it bad to do blackface?" *showing off her tan* "OMG I'm practically black!!" "He's so cute for a black guy!" *touching black girl's hair* "Kinda feels like a brillo pad."
