If you've been sedentary for awhile, they're a good way to get started. They can be done at really low fitness levels, but they're a good idea for people who are fit too, and they don't take a lot of time out of the day.
Depending on how daunting exercising is for you (carving out a block of "exercise time" is one of my main motivation killers, because I never want to spend the next 45 minutes of my life exercising), they can also easily be split up, doing a couple here, a couple there, throughout the day.
Thanks! Some of these look great, like the hamstring one. I don't really like the way I usually stretch it, and it's one of the muscles I should prioritize. Maybe I'll try one or two of them tomorrow morning. :)
