Heh, fic is set in Texas, so it probably qualifies as phonetic with the local accent LOL.

AYRT - I'm in Texas and nope, not even phonetic around here - but this is where I did hear the best ever attempt to pronounce the word when first seen spelled out: "Why would I want to order horses' ovaries?"
