I really liked this. I thought the writer really caught the tone and style of the movie.

The dialogue was cleverly written, and the mystery (while a little predictable) was executed well.

For those that care there's some implied Jensen/Chad and it winds up Jared/Misha/Jensen.

It's a fun read, I really dig the Mishalecki chemistry. This is probably my fav RPS so far.

I love everything about this.
I was a little nervous to read it considering I've never seen/heard of the movie it's based on. The author created a story that didn't rely on the reader being familiar with the source however, and that was great.
Jared and Misha were especially fabulous here. Their exchanges were hilarious and their chemistry was through the roof.

This was a really fantastic read. Great chemistry and fun one-liners. I'm more than a little ecstatic that it's a Mishalecki story over 10k words.

Now all I need is a filthy hot J3 sequel. UNF!

I have to agree with everyone, this was a lot of fun. I haven't seen the movie but there was another RPS fic based on it, a J2 one, which was really fun too (can't remember the title, though). I need more Jared/Jensen/Misha!

Never seen The Thin Man, but I'm guessing it has nothing to do with the Charlie's Angels movies.

na

With the way the fic ends, it's entirely possible to write a sequel based on Charlie's Angels with hot angel on angel action. (Now I really really REALLY want it.)

This fic is adorable. Do not read if you hate puppies and rainbows and all that is good in the world.

na. I enjoyed the witty banter and the Mishalecki chemistry but I think I wouldn't have liked it half as much if it were J2. Why? The fic is too dialog heavy, the plot's a little thin and the story jumps from scene to scene without much progression in-between. Granted, I'm not familiar with the source material but the whole story, while quite charming, would be imminently forgettable if not for the pairing.
