I liked it. The part at the beginning with Misha as a kid is especially great. As far as the Dean/Misha part, it's pretty minor.

*spoilers*

It's an AU where Misha is Castiel's vessel (and it's not just a story about Jimmy with the names find&replaced, the author wrote him pretty quirky and Misha-ish), but he's a lot more aware than Jimmy is in the show. One time, he asks Castiel to let him talk to Dean, and at the end of their conversation, he kisses Dean. It's mostly a D/C story, but with Misha as the POV character. Oh, and set in the 1950s, which is fun; there's some historical references and slang.
