They could still do good things, but nobody's interested anymore.

Dexter had bad seasons, but they're not afraid to try new things, of being daring, and they don't realy listen to the fans (that are in no way half as loud as SPN fans,btw). It's a better show crew, but they also have clear what's the point of Dexter, and they oush that concept one way or another, but it never derails much from it.
