Delicious crepes. Mmmmhm. And very easy to make. I got the recipe out of my old French school book.
Can we turn this into a recipe exchange thread? Anybody willing to play? I'll go first with the crepes.
All you need is: 250g flour 500ml milk 4 eggs a pinch of salt a pinch of vanilla sugar 50g butter a table spoon cognac/rum/amaretto/grand marnier/whatever you like (I usually don't use a spoon, I just tilt the bottle for good measure)
Mix flour, milk, eggs, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Melt butter and give it and the cognac/whatever to the mix and stir again. Pour dough in a thin layer into a hot pan and bake out.
Depending on the diameter of your pan, you'll get about 10 to 20 crepes out of the dough. Eat with cinnamon & sugar, jam, nutella, cheese & ham or whatever else you like.
