Well, okay, I'm here being nosy. I don't know how much help I can be, though because I'm ESL and things may run differently in your country. But if you are in your last semester, don't you have a Student's Section or a course coordinator, something or someone you can go to get help with this? AFAIK all universities are prepared to help students with things like this. Personally I think stating your course (or however you call it where you live) and that you're in the last semester is fine. You should really get the opinion of a professor or coordinator though if you think this could get in the way of you getting the internship. Good luck!
