OK, this has nothing to do with fandom, but it's bugging the hell out of me and I don't want to LJ post it, since I don't really get that personal on my journal.
You are dealing with a student population. You are going to get a lot of calls from people struggling with sexuality issues. It is really, really not helpful if in your screening calls you ask a female caller if she has a boyfriend. Not partner, not SO, not boyfriend or girlfriend, boyfriend. Way to be sensitive to the issues of the people you are supposed to be, I don't know, maybe HELPING?
Someone should go to your website and hack a big, black question mark next to your Safe Space logo. Fail.
