The waiting on my part was more unintentional than religious motivated, I'm really awful at the whole dating thing and never even had the opportunity for getting a boyfriend (or I overlooked them) and am not sure when (if!) I'll get another chance soon.
What you mentioned about the "after" is what's making me hesitate the most. So far, I've only gotten the offer from them and the more I think of it, the more I'm sure that I need to sit down with them to talk it over.
Otherwise it could get awkward fast, I think.

Same here. I feel like I'm tracking in so much mud coming into this baby fandom. I keep going into the kinkmeme expecting prolapsed anuses, rapefics, and freaky mpregs but it's like rainbows, sunshine, and vanilla. I feel so out of my depth. :|

They're ruining my OT3! I hate it when ensemble shows head towards the romance angles. :( It starts inhibiting the team dynamics and limiting potential pairings.
SO! Fellow shittacular-skin anons. What's your routine? I recently tried Burt's Bees acne line, which was fucking expensive and ineffective, though to be fair, some acne.org reviewers said it could take a couple months. But it made my skin like an oil-slick, so dnw. I've done proactive and most all grocery lines, and retin-a micro for a time (If I had the $$ I'd be back on that). I took antibiotics and chinese-medicine sulfur pills (lots of... emissions, not recommended.) Now I'm just slathering on benzoyl peroxide twice a day, w/ cetaphil wash and moisturizer. From what I've read retin-a is supposed to be the best long-term..
I just try to wash at least twice a day and keep my face as oil-free as possible. But I don't get a lot of really bad breakouts. I'll get like one of those huge mountain-sized deep surface monsters that hurts like a bitch until it finally errupts and ruins my skin forever.

Yeah, but do you wear makeup? Oil-absorption sheets (which are too expensive ;/) My skin is so oily that unless I want butterface, I have to use sth to absorb the oil w/ regularity. I use mineral makeup and if I don't wash my brushes a lot, moar acne. I've found brown paper bags absorb oil and don't run you 6$ for a tiny pack that won't last you three days.
but yeah i def understand hating your skin... this is a disease that will never go away. all you can do is minimize the contusions.
I don't wear makeup because the makeup tends to dry and gather around my dry spots/any imperfections on my skin. I've tried primers and mousturizers and they don't seem to help too much.

it doesn't work for everyone, but I know people that have had really good results with some sort of ocm. oil cleansing method makes my skin super happy! that, and some sort of other kind of "natural" skin routine (not saying that because I think natural products are always the best ever, but it can be a different thing to try for those that haven't had good luck with other methods).
Also, you could try to investigate the source of your breakouts. For example, breakouts around the chin line can be hormone related (can see if they vary according to the time of the month, if your body does that) and thus can be changed with different hormone levels (such as with birth control, or just age) while other kinds of acne can be related to for example diet, etc. Also, sometimes acne is a reaction to some sort of skin care routine, although not necessarily on the skin - maybe switching up your shampoo can help as well.

I've had horrible skin for years, and nothing topical has ever worked for me. I did retin-a, and it all it did was dry out my skin horribly. The only thing that's ever worked for me is a combination of low-dose antibiotics and birth control (the kind that gives you an equal dose of hormones the whole month, not the kind that varies the level of hormones with your cycle). I also really like Dr. Denese facial products which are pricey, but which do a good job of controlling oil and moisturizing.
