This is set just before "My Heart Will Go On," I think. It's kind of irrelevant, though, because the meat (or the heart) of the fic is Sam and Dean laying on the hood of the Impala drinking beers and watching a sky of indeterminate origin.

It's an absolutely beautiful moment, on the shorter end of the word count, and well worth the time.
